Welcome to the site of Natural Church Development (NCD) in Canada

Whether you’re new to NCD or a seasoned student of the paradigm, we hope this site will encourage you and your church to deeper quality and growth. NCD is helping churches around the world come to a deeper and fuller relationship with God as revealed in the creation, as Redeemer, and as Sanctifier. It is our prayer that you will join us on the journey toward fuller knowledge and experience of God.

Much has been written about NCD, so we have provided a Primer for those who want to know the basics, and links to assist those who want to go deeper. NCD includes a Survey tool that helps churches determine what is the most important barrier to releasing God’s “all-by-itself” growth.

But it is much more than just the Survey even though this is often where many churches begin their journey. NCD is also a series of resources, a way of thinking about church health and growth, and includes several books translated in several languages and used all over the world. The organic principles of growth and the “Trinitarian Compass” are the foundations of the paradigm and you will find resources throughout this site that reference these terms, and point you to resources you can download for free, and books you can purchase.

FORDelm Inc. is the National Partner for English speaking Canada and has responsibility for the distribution across Canada of the NCD international and locally developed resources. FORDelm also maintains responsibility for the training of NCD Coaches and the various training materials available to churches. FORDelm supervises the carrying out of NCD Surveys in Canada and the liaison with the NCD International.
