Workshops have been developed around each of the books in the 3 Color Series. Please contact NCD to obtain the supporting PowerPoint presentations, or if you are looking for a trained Coach to deliver the workshops in your church or small group.

NCD Canada trains Coaches within denominations, and in some situations, freelance Coaches working independently. Check with your denominational leader to determine if you may obtain Coaching assistance. Most churches benefit from the services of an NCD Coach during the first two Cycles, until they build capacity for the paradigm, for working through the process, and for dealing with issues as they arise. Some churches have the capacity to self-coach from the outset.
