OQM Survey – Groups can survey from 3-30 people per survey pack. You can survey your organizational health at the departmental level or survey the whole staff.

Multi-survey implementations (for multiple departments):

• $395 plus G/HST for Survey and ProfilePlus report
• $245 plus G/HST for each additional department or division

The ABCs of OQM – Typically the sense of ownership will increase when people understand why the organization is doing the survey. This booklet is an excellent tool for introducing the OQM principles to your staff in a quick, non-threatening manner.
